On any given night at the Rutgers Telefund, the energy is high and the enthusiasm is apparent. Students from different schools and backgrounds are reaching out over the phone lines on behalf of their university. They are swapping stories with alumni, updating parents and keeping the university’s constituents connected. They are cheering each other on as the pledges roll in. All the while, they are building their communication skills and making a difference in the quality of their own education.
